We use what you have, and add a few minor touches (pillows, rugs, artwork, etc.) to make your home appeal to more buyers. Cost is for up to 3 rooms and includes furniture placement changes, selection and set-up of minor touches, 2 month use of minor touches and pick-up. Additional rooms at an additional fee.
